OMG ACCELERATE

Accelerate is Omnicom Media Group's Leadership development program. The virtual event ran across 4 months and offered knowledge from multiple inspiring speakers. For its inaugural year, I worked with my team to develop the branding and set up the production.

 
 

THE LOGO

The content team had been using a logo that was not on brand, so it was our job to introduce options that still resonated with them. We created the A letterform out of OMG’s chevron, a shape that indicates movement, dynamism and growth. We changed the logotype from a dated Century Gothic to a more modernized Roboto—fitting for a virtual event.

 

WEBSITe

We drew from the gradient and angles found in the logo and amplified them in our layouts. To communicate a sleek, authoritative presence, we stuck to darker backgrounds.
